Our first trip to South Africa. We are going with Kathy and Tom, Gloria’s sister and her husband. They have been our travel companions for several years now. Our last trip together was last January to Iceland. Our tour actually starts July 2nd. As you would assume, it takes a while to get to South Africa. We drive to San Francisco tomorrow for a park and fly, then fly from SFO to JFK for another night; we finally fly to Johannesburg July 1st, arriving July 2nd.
Briefly, our tour includes Johannesburg, Capetown and the southern coast of South Africa, Swaziland, Kruger National Park, Soweto, Victoria Falls, and Chobe National Park in Botswana. Next update in New York.
